During our March meeting, Ryan Bouda led a powerful discussion on Conscious Leadership: Mastering Agility From the Leadership Balcony. His session challenged us to reflect on how we, as safety professionals and leaders, shape the workplace through our mindset, actions, and presence.

Hope everyone had a great month. If you were not able to attend the February 23rd meeting, no worries — the presentation is now available for review.
While meetings routinely cover safety procedures and logistics, it is equally important to hear from individuals who have navigated their professional journeys, embraced mentorship, and understand the true meaning of being both a mentee and a mentor. This presentation shares a career path shaped by intentional guidance, strong mentorship, and the impact of the HEART model in professional growth. It highlights how mentorship can influence confidence, direction, and long-term career development.
