During our March meeting, Ryan Bouda led a powerful discussion on Conscious Leadership: Mastering Agility From the Leadership Balcony. His session challenged us to reflect on how we, as safety professionals and leaders, shape the workplace through our mindset, actions, and presence.

It highlights how mentorship can influence confidence, direction, and long-term career development.
