We are excited to welcome Bob Huddleston as our featured speaker for the June South Texas ASSP Chapter meeting.

Bob will present “Understanding MSHA and OSHA: Similarities, Differences, and Regulatory Responsibilities,” providing an overview of the two federal agencies responsible for worker safety and health. Attendees will gain insight into the similarities and differences between the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), with a closer look at MSHA’s role, regulatory requirements, and enforcement within the mining industry.
